WAH Nails opened in 2009 with a single purpose; to create a new and innovative environment for nails that would connect like-minded women together. Every element from the interior design to the way we displayed nails was done differently and for that we received instant recognition, being featured in global magazines and gaining a huge international social following. After having salons in Dalston, Topshop Oxford Circus and pop ups globally, we are proud to call Soho our home and the basis of which we will create a long lasting brand that can expand globally.

WAH is not like any other salon brand. One day we might be doing a celebrity’s nails, the next day hosting a female empowerment event in our space and the next week flying around the world creating a pop up nail bar for a corporate client. All recorded for our social channels. We are a fast paced company and are constantly striving to be the best. WAH Girls are like Special Forces, not the regular Army and we aim to hire those who are over achievers and want to be part of a dedicated team.

With our new Central London location, now is a super exciting time for the company and we seek exceptional Salon Floor Team members to create the best salon experience and provide excellent customer service. Our Floor Team will play an integral role in the success of the salon and within customer relations, they are an essential part of the company and will be provided with many opportunities for growth within the business.

The WAH Floor Team members are attentive, organised and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Fulfilling customer needs should feel like a personal mission - our clients are the backbone of the business and the Floor Team have a unique opportunity to excite and delight them in their experience.

We are seeking someone with initative, who sees a problem and tackles it head on. A bubbly team player who is always happy to help and assist in the day-to-day tasks of running a successful salon.

We are looking for someone driven to succeed, for whom personal development and progression is of high importance and they excel in seeing their hard work come to fruition in sales or rebookings. 


  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Checking clients in when they arrive, offering them beverages and ensuring their WAH experience is the best it could possibly be
  • Supporting the nail technicians with customer care and service
  • Assisting in the day to day running of the salon through errands and cleaning/maintenance


This role would suit someone fresh out of college who wants to build their workplace experience and customer service skills. At WAH, everyone pitches in. We have regular team meetings and training sessions and you will learn how a small business operates.


£8 p/hr
